FOYER DESIGN:
We created a modern and welcoming foyer with a blend of high-quality materials, smart lighting, and custom decor pieces. The space sets an inviting tone for the rest of the home, offering both functionality and visual appeal as a perfect introduction to the residence
The staircase was designed as a central feature of the home, incorporating sleek polished wood steps and tempered glass railings. Integrated lighting accents enhance its elegance, transforming the staircase into a striking focal point while maintaining a sense of openness and flow throughout the space
LIVING AREA DESIGN:
The living area was designed to be both comfortable and stylish, with an emphasis on open space and natural light. We sourced bespoke furniture and decor elements that reflect the client’s taste while ensuring comfort and functionality. The layout encourages easy movement and creates a cozy yet sophisticated environment for relaxation and socializing.
DECOR SOURCING & CUSTAMIZATION:

SHEELA’S DREAM BEACH HOUSE – JUHU BEACH DESIGN
PROJECT FOCUS:
Designed for Sheela, a teacher, this stunning beach house at Juhu Beach is her dream home, featuring a spacious living area, four bedrooms, a lush lawn, and a beautiful swimming pool, all perfectly complementing the coastal environment.
LAWN AND OUTDOOR SPACES:
The meticulously designed lawn offers an ideal space for outdoor activities, surrounded by lush greenery that enhances the beachside setting. It blends beautifully with the natural landscape, providing a tranquil outdoor sanctuary.
SWIMMING POOL:
A beautifully designed swimming pool serves as the focal point of the outdoor area, offering a place for relaxation and leisure. The pool area, with its clean lines and inviting atmosphere, perfectly complements the beach house’s aesthetic and provides a luxurious escape.
LIVING AREA:
The large living area serves as the heart of the beach house, with expansive windows that offer breathtaking views of the beach. The open-plan design creates a welcoming and airy atmosphere, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining
BEDROOMS:
The house includes four luxurious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and tranquility. With elegant furnishings and soothing colors, these rooms provide a peaceful retreat with ample natural light and scenic views.

Shami Apartment in Bangalore was transformed by Design Transform Hub (DTH) with innovative interior design and 3D visualization, helping sell all flats during construction.
UNIQUE ELEVATION DESIGN :
DTH created a modern, eye-catching elevation that made the building stand out and attracted buyers even before construction was complete.
INTERIOR DESIGN AND 3D VISUALIZATION :

The suite features an office area that seamlessly transforms into a hidden bedroom, using retractable panels or sliding doors. This design maximizes space while maintaining functionality and style.
WASHROOM DESIGN:
The washroom, tucked in a corner of the suite, offers a modern, luxurious feel with high-end finishes and thoughtful design, providing both privacy and functionality.
SPACE OPTIMIZATION AND AESTHETIC:
