Project Overview
Working on 33 Charterhouse Street in London was an incredible experience. I played a key role in designing and implementing the building’s electronic security systems, ensuring seamless integration with the digital twin and Building Management System (BMS).
This project combined cutting-edge technology to optimize energy usage, monitor user behavior, and drive sustainability. Collaborating with WSP, we managed asset data, de-risked the construction phase, and set a new benchmark for smart, sustainable commercial spaces.

33 Charterhouse, now branded The JJ Mack Building, is a joint venture development between Ashby Capital and Helical, designed by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands.
The building sits in a prime location 100m from the major transport interchange of Farringdon station. Innovation is at the heart of this project, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in terms of occupier experience and sustainable building performance.
PROJECT – SPACE HOUSE ARCHITECTURE
Space House is a 255,000 sq ft
Mid-century masterpiece and progressive cultural icon, reborn into flexible, inspiring work and lifestyle spaces for people who think differently. Space House is redefining the meaning of workspace.
This brutalist icon was sustainably restored to preserve its architectural heritage while creating future-ready workspaces.
From supporting the design of state-of-the-art amenities to ensuring seamless operation of rooftop terraces and event spaces, my contributions focused on delivering an efficient and secure environment.

PROJECT – 100 NEW BRIDGE STREET
Working on the redevelopment of 100 New Bridge Street was a remarkable journey.
played a critical role in shaping the building’s future by designing and implementing advanced electronic security systems, seamlessly integrating them with the building’s management systems.
The project redefined sustainability by achieving certifications like BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5 Star, blending innovation and environmental responsibility.
Collaborating with Helical, I ensured the reuse of key materials, reducing embodied carbon and embracing circular economy principles.
Key Contributions:
Designed and implemented electronic security systems aligned with WELL Platinum and WiredScore standards. Integrated smart systems to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
Contributed to the reuse of materials like granite cladding and steel, minimizing waste and lowering carbon impact.
Enabled urban greening and facade enhancements, fostering a vibrant and sustainable tenant environment. Supported Helical in delivering a model of sustainability and design excellence in commercial real estate.
