I played a key role in designing and implementing the building’s electronic security systems, ensuring seamless integration with the digital twin and Building Management System (BMS). This project combined cutting-edge technology to optimize energy usage, monitor user behavior, and drive sustainability. Collaborating with WSP, we managed asset data, de-risked the construction phase, and set a new benchmark for smart, sustainable commercial spaces.

This brutalist icon was sustainably restored to preserve its architectural heritage while creating future-ready workspaces. From supporting the design of state-of-the-art amenities to ensuring seamless operation of rooftop terraces and event spaces, my contributions focused on delivering an efficient and secure environment.

Collaborating with Helical, I ensured the reuse of key materials, reducing embodied carbon and embracing circular economy principles. From optimizing facade performance to incorporating modular prefabrication, the project combined cutting-edge techniques to create a future-ready workspace.

- Project Overview:
A terrace in Nungambakkam was transformed into a multi-functional suite for Arun, designed to include an office with a hidden bedroom and a stylish washroom. The result is a unique and efficient space that blends work and relaxation. - Office with Hidden Bedroom:
The suite features an office area that seamlessly transforms into a hidden bedroom, using retractable panels or sliding doors. This design maximizes space while maintaining functionality and style. - Washroom Design:
The washroom, tucked in a corner of the suite, offers a modern, luxurious feel with high-end finishes and thoughtful design, providing both privacy and functionality. - Space Optimization & Aesthetic:
Smart space-saving solutions, custom furniture, and sleek finishes create a harmonious and sophisticated atmosphere, making the most of the terrace area. - Outcome:
This transformed suite on the terrace now combines an office, hidden bedroom, and stylish washroom into a cohesive, practical space, exceeding Arun’s expectations.
Santosh Residence, Avadi – Architectural
- Project Focus: The design of the foyer, staircase, and living area, along with the sourcing and customization of decor elements to elevate the aesthetic and functionality of the home.
- Foyer Design: We created a modern and welcoming foyer with a blend of high-quality materials, smart lighting, and custom decor pieces. The space sets an inviting tone for the rest of the home, offering both functionality and visual appeal as a perfect introduction to the residence.
- Staircase Design: The staircase was designed as a central feature of the home, incorporating sleek polished wood steps and tempered glass railings. Integrated lighting accents enhance its elegance, transforming the staircase into a striking focal point while maintaining a sense of openness and flow throughout the space.
